Megan Burns is a world-renowned thought leader in customer & employee experience.

She is the principal of her own consultancy Experience Enterprises, and prior to that spent more than 10 years at as a vice president & distinguished analyst at Forrester Research, where she was a leader in the customer experience practice.

Megan was one of the creators at Forrester behind the idea of Experience-Based Differentiation.
